Rat-X Repeller Warranty Information
In order to obtain the free one year manufacturer’s warranty, please fill in the warranty application form below. When the application has been successfully filled and approved, a warranty certificate will be emailed to you, which we suggest you print out and keep in a safe place.

Please note that this manufacturer’s warranty is of one year from date of registration (which must be within 7 days of purchase); and applies to all defects and failures due to any fault during manufacture. Terms and conditions are clearly displayed below.

Terms and Conditions

  • This warranty will not be recognised unless the application has been approved by us, and you will be sent a confirmation email and a warranty certificate.
  • This warranty is subject to registration being completed within thirty days of purchase
  • The product covered by this warranty is the “Rat-X Ultrasonic Pest Repeller” as sold by Hardware & DIY Centre; and this warranty does not apply to any other product.
  • These terms and conditions, and the terms of the warranty are subject to change without prior notification.
  • This warranty is only available to consumers in the United Kingdom.

Terms of Warranty

  • Warranty repairs / replacements can only be carried out by Hardware & DIY Centre; or at the instruction of Hardware & DIY Centre. Any repair, service or replacement to the product other than this will invalidate the warranty agreement.
  • This warranty is limited to any defects or fault arising from the manufacturing processes. Product failure as a result of unreasonable environmental conditions, intrusion of foreign objects, accident, misuse, improper installation, electrical or wiring faults will not be covered by this warranty.
  • Hardware & DIY Centre shall not be held liable or for any form of consequential loss for the use of this product.
  • Any posting, packaging or delivery costs are not covered by this warranty.
  • This warranty is non-transferable, and is only conferred on the individual, company or entity named in the Warranty Application Form.
