Online Ordering and Delivery Terms and Conditions

1. We aim to despatch all orders within two working days, and the majority of orders will be dispatched within one day. All orders should be delivered within 1 to 5 days after dispatch, though during peak times (Easter, Valentines, Christmas) delivery times may take slightly longer.
2. Where highlighted, the products sold are in accordance with the manufacturer’s warranty / guarantee. We aim to ensure that all the products are working first time round; though if this is not possible please contact our customer service department using the contact details displayed on this website. We aim to resolve issues within five working days; and this does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
3. You can return any product within the “cooling off period” of 7 days from receipt – we will offer you a full product price refund if the goods are in an unused condition. The cost of returning the goods to us will be met by the purchaser.
